Can rhinoplasty fix the bulbous tip, wide base and large nostrils of my Asian nose?

Question:

I'm Asian with a pretty straight bridge but a very bulbous tip with a wide base and large nostrils. I was never that unhappy with my nose but I've become increasingly so as I've gotten older. Can these problems be fixed?

Answer:

Rhinoplasty can improve some of the features you are concerned about. It would probably be best for you to have a consult with computer imaging to help you better picture what changes you would like to see.
