Question:

I've always had a very expressive brow, which I suppose is part of the reason why I want a brow lift because now have many lines there. However, I'm worried that my brow won't be as expressive after surgery. Is this a concern?

Answer:

It is definitely possible. I would suggest a trial of Botox or Dysport before surgery and see how you like the effect. You can experiment with limited areas at a time and then consider surgery when you see what pleases you the most.
