Question:

I'm interested in a necklift but I'm worried that afterward my rejuvenated neck will make my face look worse. Is it better just to get a full facelift and address both?

Answer:

Yes that is usually the wiser choice. Even if you don't need major face work the whole result will be blended and enhanced and look better. Conversely if you don't do the face you may find that what doesn't seem to bother you now may become very noticeable and upsetting to you after.
