With cosmetic surgery procedures on the rise it is no surprise that those in the public eye are becoming  more open about what they have had done. This plastic surgery procedure is filling the sports news world right now. New York Mets reporters have recently reported that Mets pitcher Jonathon Niese had a nose job during the off-season. St. Louis Cardinals player Carlos Beltran, a former teammate of Niese is reported to have picked up the tab so that Niese could experience an improvement in his breathing.
