Question:

I'm African American and I've heard that my ethnicity can limit the amount of refinement that I can expect in my nasal tip. Why is this?

Answer:

Skin thickness and cartilage strength are the factors that limit this in most African Americans. It is also important to remember that the amount of "refinement" that looks good or should be sought in African Americans is not the same as in Caucasians or Hispanics.
