Can a very nosebleed-prone individual risk making his situation worse if he has rhinoplasty?
Absolutely not! In fact the opposite is often true. Most often the source of frequent nosebleeds are small vessels over sharp or irregular areas of the internal nasal bones and septum. Because these membranes are subject to excess dryness and trauma they break and bleed easily. If the rhinoplasty plan includes correction of these irregular areas you’ll probably have the problem a lot less.
