I’m a male and I had a nose job a few years ago at the age of 18 that I think left my nose looking much too short, particularly for a guy, and pointy at the tip. Can a revision fix this? What would be done to improve the shortness of the nose?
A revision rhinoplasty with lengthening and tip revision should fix the problem you are describing. There are several ways to accomplish this which could be determined at your consultation.
