I am a heavyset forty two year old, and I suffer from sleep apnea. Do you think the problem is weight-based, or is it possible I need to clear out my airways a little bit? I’d rather rhinoplasty than liposuction, if it’s an option.
Sleep apnea is a serious medical problem. Weight loss and CPAP are the primary treatments followed by surgery of the upper airway. You need to see a sleep specialist about this and not get distracted by thoughts of liposuction or rhinoplasty. Those are cosmetic procedures intended to make you look better, not treat a potentially life threatening disease.
