I feel I am much too young to have droopy eyes. The drooping area is below my eyebrow and it sags down over my eyes, particularly my left eye. What is the cure for this, blepharoplasty or a brow lift?
Aesthetically the lateral (outer) brow should sit above the rim of the bony eye socket in a woman and at the rim level in a man. If your brow is below this then you definitely need a browlift to eliminate the “droopy” look. blepharoplasty alone will not achieve it.
