I think I need upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. I have large fat pads under my eyes that I would like take out. My upper lid is so hidden that I don’t bother using eye shadow any more. When the upper lid is operated on, does that help the crow’s feet at all? Or would I need to get another procedure?
Blepharoplasty removes excess sagging skin and herniated fat pads. It does not affect crows feet other then improving some of the lateral hooding of the upper lid. Treatment of crows feet requires Botox, fillers and sometimes laser or other skin treatments.
