Question:
I understand that rhinoplasty is often performed with general anesthesia. I’m fine with this except that I have a tendency to get nauseous. Can you provide nausea medicine to help with this?
Answer:
Yes. Anti nausea medicine can be given to you before you wake from anesthesia and to have at home after. Newer medicines such as zofran are effective, non drowsy and will dissolve under your tongue.
