I’m planning on getting a nose job and was just wondering how obvious it is to people that you’ve had surgery. Is it so obvious that you’re better off telling your friends and family, or can you not tell them? What’s the best way to go about this?
Ideally a rhinoplasty should yield a result that blends into your face and brings out your better features and so is not immediately focused in on. Who you tell and how you go about it is a very personal and private decision that is different for every patient. Supportive friends and family can really ease the experience for some people. Others find that they don’t want to take a chance of receiving criticism or doubts about their decision to undergo the procedure.
