I never had a problem with my nose but now, as I’m about to turn 60, I’ve been noticing that it’s changed in shape over the years. The tip seems to have become more round and my nostrils more noticeable. Is this something that can be fixed with a nose job? Is it normal for changes like this to occur with age?
Loss of support of the nose tip often occurs with age and can be repaired with rhinoplasty.
