My face does not look good because of my nose. I have great skin, pretty eyes and a nice mouth but the nose is very, very narrow. It almost looks like a beak. I look bad both from a front view and from the profile view. Can this be repaired surgically with rhinoplasty? I think that more tissue has to be added to the nose. Where would that tissue come from?
You can certainly be helped. Contemporary rhinoplasty is more about reshaping then removing. If you have never had any previous nasal surgery your nose itself will almost always have enough “spare” cartilage to augment or enhance the desired change. Often however reshaping can be done with special suture techniques and additional tissue is not necessary.
