I am Asian and have a nose that does not project enough and I would like rhinoplasty to repair it. But I had a nose job for deviated septum when I was younger. Would the previous nose job affect a new repair?
It’s only affected by the fact that you will not likely have sufficient septal cartilage left to perform the augmentation necessary from your description. You and your surgeon will need to decide in advance on whether you want to use your ear or rib cartilage or a synthetic implant. Good luck.
